ith just a few ba­sic in­gre­di­ents, you can make this quick, easy, and healthy dish in no time! I came up with this recipe be­cause I’m a big fan of the pasta-andgar­lic combo and be­cause I like to sneak in veg­eta­bles any chance I get.

Aglio e olio pasta gets its snappy fla­vor from co­pi­ous amounts of gar­lic, olive oil, and chili flakes. The tra­di­tional dish usu­ally fea­tures just those in­gre­di­ents tossed with spaghetti noodles; while good, I like to take it a notch higher in the nu­tri­tion de­part­ment. En­ter broc­coli—an­other great in­gre­di­ent that pairs well with gar­lic. Feel free to play around with other veg­eta­bles, too: You can use six cups of spinach or kale, or use a man­do­line to make zuc­chini or car­rot noodles.

Time the cook­ing of the sauce with the cook­ing of the noodles so you’re done in 11 min­utes. Eat­ing healthy doesn’t get any eas­ier than this!
