Chef Carlo Miguel may have just re­cently opened this burger joint, but many are al­ready claim­ing Bou­tique Burger Kitchen to be Manila’s best. The chef, of Draft Gas­tropub and Black Olive Cerve­ce­ria fame, com­bines An­gus and Wagyu to cre­ate the op­ti­mum burger patty. That pow­er­ful disc of meat is then com­ple­mented by soft but sturdy bread in­spired by Hokkaido milk buns. Yum.
