Grape and Blue Cheese Salad

Make the straw­berry vinai­grette: Whisk 2 tea­spoons yel­low mus­tard and 2 ta­ble­spoons straw­berry jam into the vinai­grette base; set aside. Toss 4 heads let­tuce (leaves torn; we used frisée) with some of the dress­ing in a bowl. Toss 1 cup seed­less red grapes (halved), ½ cup toasted wal­nuts, and ¼ cup crum­bled blue cheese into the salad. Serve im­me­di­ately with ex­tra vinai­grette on the side. Serves 4.
