Grape and Blue Cheese Salad
Make the strawberry vinaigrette: Whisk 2 teaspoons yellow mustard and 2 tablespoons strawberry jam into the vinaigrette base; set aside. Toss 4 heads lettuce (leaves torn; we used frisée) with some of the dressing in a bowl. Toss 1 cup seedless red grapes (halved), ½ cup toasted walnuts, and ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese into the salad. Serve immediately with extra vinaigrette on the side. Serves 4.
