The Lobby Market was expanded in the restaurant area, creating a showcase/ window for the kitchen. The central counter of the pizza oven was extended so that guests could enjoy the sho w cooking. The expansion of this counter also improved the presentation space and quality of the bre akfast buffet.
The esplanade was expanded and co vered with a canopy so that guests can enjoy the outdoor space at any time of the day, whether having a meal, sipping a drink or simply relaxing and hanging out.
In terms of materials and furnishings, we maintained the original elements of the previous project, i.e. we used neutral colors and natural and rustic materials so that guests feel they are in an unpre tentious ambience, as though they were at home.
The development of the new floor, with a more open style of architecture, also involved creating 25 rooms of three different types. The view looking out over the pine trees and the ocean is a key element of this setting and the interior design has sought to create a calm, practical and comfortable environment, continuing the natural concept which already characterizes the hotel.
