Golf Days 2017

The French “giant” Thales, a company with more than 60,000 employees, held its first golf tournament in Portugal, bringing together 370 players from nine countries for a week of golf and sightseeing. The Thales group, with articipants from France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Spain, England, Finland, Denmark and Portugal, stayed in Dolce Campo Real (Torres Vedras) and the golf tournament was played on Praia d’El Rey, Bom Sucesso, Royal Obidos and Campo Real. Non-players had daily trips to Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Óbidos, Nazaré and Alcobaça. The golf tournament was won by Thales Bordeaux with 509 points, while the Thales Portugal team was 32nd with 407 points. In Gross the Thales Avionics team won with 324 points. Individually, Net, the Champions were Grace Reid, Stephanie Aubry, Wilfried Swirczynski, Simon Goudeaux and Antoine Billard. The best Portuguese were Mário Pinto Dias and João Carvalho Abreu.

O“gigante” francês Thales, empresa com mais de 60 mil colaboradores, realizou o seu primeiro torneio de golfe em Portugal, reunindo na região Oeste 370 dos seus “quadros” em nove países numa semana de golfe e de visitas turísticas. O grupo Thales, com pessoas da França, Bélgica, Itália, Alemanha, Espanha, Inglaterra, Finlândia, Dinamarca e Portugal, ficou alojado no Dolce Campo Real (Torres Vedras) e o torneio de golfe disputou-se nos campos da Praia d’El Rey, Bom Sucesso, Royal Óbidos e Campo Real. Os não jogadores tiveram excursões diárias a Lisboa, Sintra, Cascais, Óbidos, Nazaré e Alcobaça. O torneio de golfe foi ganho pela equipa Thales Bordéus com 509 pontos, enquanto a equipa Thales Portugal ficou em 32º lugar com 407 pontos. Em gross ganhou a equipa Thales Avionics com 324 pontos. Individualmente, net, os campeões foram Grace Reid, Stephanie Aubry, Wilfried Swirczynski, Simon Goudeaux e Antoine Billard. Os melhores portugueses foram Mário Pinto Dias e João Carvalho Abreu.
