ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺷـﺮب اﳌـﺎء اﻣـﺮا ﺿﺮورﻳﺎ ﻣﻦ اﺟـﻞ اﻟﺤﻔﺎظ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺠﺴﻢ ﺳﻠﻴﻤﺎ و ﻣﻠﻴﺌﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ و اﻟﺤﻴﻮﻳﺔ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻳﺴﺎﻫﻢ ﺷﺮب ﻛﻤﻴﺔ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﻣﻦ اﳌﺎء ﺧﻼل اﻟﻴﻮم ﻓﻰ ﺗﺄﻗﻠﻢ ﺟﺴﻢ اﻻﻧﺴﺎن و ﺗﻔﺎدﻳﺔ ﻻﻣـﺮاض و ﻣﺸﺎﻛﻞ ﺻﺤﻴﺔ ﻣﺘﻨﻮﻋﺔ . و ﺣﻮل دوﻟﺮ اﳌﺎء و اﻫﻤﻴﻴﺘﺔ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻓﻰ ﻓﺼﻞ اﻟﺼﻴﻒ و ﻣﻊ ارﺗﻔﺎع درﺟﺎت اﻟﺤﺮارة ﻳﺤﺪﺛﻨﺎ اﻟﺪﻛﺘﻮر / ﻗﺤﻄﺎن ﺣﻴﺪر اﺧﺼﺎﺋﻰ اﻻﻣﺮاض اﻟﺒﺎﻃﻨﻴﺔ ﺑﻤﺠﻤﻊ اﻟﺸﻔﺎء اﻟﻄﺒﻰ ﻟﻴﻮﺿﺢ ﻟﻨﺎ ﺑﺄﺳﺘﻔﺎﺿﺔ ﻓﻮاﺋﺪ ﺷﺮب اﻟﻜﻤﻴﺔ اﳌﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﻣﻦ اﳌﺎء ﻳﻮﻣﻴﺎ
