Möven­pick Ho­tel West Bay Doha and Möven­pick Ho­tel Doha un­veils a menu of seven savoury dishes with a touch of the finest Swiss cho­co­late. Guests can ex­pe­ri­ence ‘Cho­co­late on the Salty Side’ at ForKnife Restau­rant and Sea­sons Restau­rant from 10 Oc­to­ber as Möven­pick Ho­tels & Re­sorts cel­e­brates its culi­nary ex­per­tise and tra­di­tions. Ac­cord­ing to the press re­lease, Möven­pick Ho­tel Wet Bay Doha and Möven­pick Ho­tel Doha will treat guests to a new menu of savoury dishes with a sweet twist as Möven­pick Ho­tels and Re­sorts, an up­scale brand within the Ac­corHo­tels Group, launches its ‘Cho­co­late on the Salty Side’ pro­mo­tion. In cel­e­bra­tion of Swiss cui­sine and the won­der­ful ver­sa­til­ity of cho­co­late, the brand’s ta­lented ‘food ar­ti­sans’ have made Möven­pick cho­co­late the hero of seven dishes in its lat­est global cam­paign, which runs from 10 Oc­to­ber to 20 Novem­ber 2018. From salmon fil­lets en­livened with dark cho­co­late to a savoury tarte tartin with a white cho­co­late flour­ish, each new cre­ation of­fers up some­thing dis­tinc­tively flavour­ful and show­cases cho­co­late in new ex­cit­ing ways to guests din­ing at Möven­pick Ho­tel West Bay Doha’s ForKnife Restau­rant and Möven­pick Ho­tel Doha’s Sea­sons Restau­rant.

The seven cho­co­late-in­spired cre­ations in­clude, mar­i­nated beet­root salmon, to­mato tarte tartin, sea bass and green tea, Maple Wal­nut, minute beef goulash, lamb shank and pesto and duck breast and po­tato pie.
