Doha Mar­ket­ing Ser­vices Company (DOMASCO), which is part of the UAEbased Al Fut­taim Group, has launched two ex­quis­ite look­ing in­ter­na­tional brand time­pieces – GANT and PO­LICE – in Qatar.


In his com­ments, DOMASCO Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor Faisal Sharif said:” This part­ner­ship is a fruition of th­ese ef­forts. GANT & PO­LICE are a wel­come ad­di­tion to our port­fo­lio and I am sure that this part­ner­ship will add mu­tual value to both DOMASCO and the brands in Qatar.” Head of Sales for GANT and PO­LICE watches in the Mid­dle East, Deepak Chainani, said: “The two in­ter­na­tional brands are each em­i­nent names in their own leagues. PO­LICE is dar­ing, young and bold while GANT is more clas­sic, so­phis­ti­cated and sporty.”

He said the company was tar­get­ing the age group be­tween 18 and 35 to mar­ket th­ese two brands and has iden­ti­fied 150 out­lets in the coun­try. "The PO­LICE and GANT brand watches will be a re­fresh­ing sight and of­fers another an­gle to fash­ion lovers,” Sharif said.

“As far as pric­ing is con­cerned, the company fol­lows a uni­form pric­ing struc­ture world­wide. How­ever, the only dif­fer­ence would be the lo­cal taxes like Value Added Tax. The company also of­fers a two-year in­ter­na­tional war­ranty to cus­tomers,” Chainani added.
