The Westin Well-Be­ing Move­ment is an ini­tia­tive ded­i­cated to in­spir­ing guests to dis­cover new ap­proaches to well-be­ing based on six pil­lars.:Sleep Well. Eat Well. Move Well. Feel Well. Work Well. Play Well. Well-be­ing was the in­spi­ra­tion be­hind all the an­i­ma­tion, live ac­ro­bats, syn­chro­nized swim­mers and mu­si­cians who wowed crowds on the night in the serene gar­den sanc­tu­ary of the ho­tel, with a de­li­cious as­sort­ment of gas­tron­omy from its six ap­peal­ing out­lets. The of­fi­cial rib­bon cut­ting cer­e­mony was per­formed by del­e­gates and spe­cial guests in­clud­ing HE Mo­hamed bin Ab­dul­lah Al Ru­maihi, Min­istry of En­vi­ron­ment and Mu­nic­i­pal Plan­ning; rep­re­sen­ta­tives from Ghanem Al Thani Hold­ings; Brian Povinelli, Global Brand Leader; and Guido de Wilde, Se­nior Vice Pres­i­dent, Re­gional Di­rec­tor, Star­wood Ho­tels & Re­sorts Mid­dle East; as well as Michael Wale, Pres­i­dent, Europe, Africa and Mid­dle East for Star­wood Ho­tels and Re­sorts and Gianri Es­pos­ito, Gen­eral Man­ager of the ho­tel. The Westin Doha Ho­tel & Spa of­fers 365 rooms and suites in­clud­ing a pres­i­den­tial suite and five pool vil­las ñ all boast­ing the world-renowned sig­na­ture Westin Heav­enly Bed.
