Cal­i­for­nia Tor­tilla cel­e­brated the open­ing of its fourth lo­ca­tion at The Pearl-Qatar with a grand open­ing fi­esta.

Si­mon Nehme, Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor of Roots for Hos­pi­tal­ity & Ser­vices, said: “Cal­i­for­nia Tor­tilla is ex­cited to be open­ing its fourth restau­rant in Doha, with our lat­est ad­di­tion at The Pearl- Qatar. Ever since we first brought the concept to Qatar in 2013, din­ers have fallen in love with our in­cred­i­ble range of Mex­i­can and Tex-Mex meals, and we look for­ward to the lo­cal com­mu­nity con­tin­u­ing to en­joy our bur­ri­tos, fa­ji­tas, and tacos at The Pearl and sur­round­ing ar­eas.” The restau­rant is well known for its fa­mous ‘ Wall of Flame' which fea­tures over 75 hot sauces. The open­ing was at­tended by a num­ber of high­pro­file guests in at­ten­dance, in­clud­ing the United States Am­bas­sador to Qatar, HE Dana Shell Smith, who in­au­gu­rated the event, along with VIP guests and lo­cal me­dia rep­re­sen­ta­tives.
