PROJECT QATAR RE­TURNS FOR 13TH EDI­TION

The ex­hi­bi­tion was in­au­gu­rated by HE Sheikh Ab­dul­lah bin Nasser bin Khal­ifa Al Thani, the Prime Min­is­ter and Min­is­ter of In­te­rior for the State of Qatar. The four-day event wit­nessed the par­tic­i­pa­tion of 37 coun­tries.

“Project Qatar is once again this year prov­ing its role as Qatar's lead­ing con­struc­tion ex­hi­bi­tion by bring­ing to­gether a large num­ber of lo­cal, re­gional and in­ter­na­tional de­ci­sion mak­ers and in­dus­try pro­fes­sion­als,” said Al­bert Aoun, chair­man of IFP Group.

Cov­er­ing 30,000 sqm of ex­hi­bi­tion space, Project Qatar 2016 stretched across five vast, pil­lar-free halls as well as an out­side area for heavy ma­chin­ery.

In or­der to en­hance the ex­pe­ri­ence dur­ing and af­ter the show, the par­tic­i­pants were pro­vided with an ad­vanced mo­bile ap­pli­ca­tion which in­cluded all fea­tures of the show, in­clud­ing the floor plan, the ex­hibitors' and spon­sors' list, as well as the vis­i­tors' reg­is­tra­tion form.
