-

THE College of Education has made remarkable progress compared to the previous year, according to the Shanghai International Specializations Ranking of Universities (Social Sciences) 2020, ranking 301-400 globally, based on the criteria of one of the strongest and most important international rankings, indicating the advanced academic level achieved by the faculty in education.

Expressing his sentiments on this occasion, the Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Ahmed Al Emadi, said: “This classification reflects the efforts of the College to maintain international standards in its academic programs in order to excel and deliver academic outputs of international quality. It is also an international recognition that the college has become a reference for students, academics and educational leaders in the State of Qatar in relation to (education) according to international education standards.”

This ranking will motivate us to develop over the next two years in the hope that we will be among the top 200 colleges. On this occasion, I would like to thank Dr Hassan Al-Dirham, President of the University, and Dr Omar Al-Ansari, Vice-President of Academic Affairs. Especially those who spared no effort to provide all the resources needed to help the college and raise its status,” he added.
