‘MyOffice’ from Cable & Wireless Now Available in St. Lucia
Cable & Wireless (CWC) Business Solutions has teamed up with global business solutions providers, Avaya, Juniper and BlackBerry, to retrofit offices across St. Lucia with new state-ofthe art telephone systems.
The Solution known as ‘MyOffice’ will replace the growing number of ageing telephone systems while catering to the growing technology needs of small, medium and large businesses.
Speaking at the ‘MyOffice’ Business Solutions seminar recently at the Sandals Halcyon, Director of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and Hospitality Solutions at CWC Business Solutions, Craig Schnoor, said the new unified communications technology goes well beyond the plain business telephone system.
He said the Solution will revolutionise the way business gets done; allowing for faster, more efficient and seamless business communication designed to improve productivity and cut costs.
“We are taking the strength of two very powerful vendors – Avaya and Juniper – along with the strength of our experience, then extending both to modernise the way all business in St. Lucia gets done,” explained Schnoor.
CWC Business Solutions will offer locally-trained support teams to install and optimise the new Solution, while making it scalable to grow with the needs of businesses.
LIME Southern Cluster CEO, Geraldine Pitt, was enthusiastic about the ongoing and growing partnership with Avaya, Juniper and BlackBerry and its implications for delivering ‘MyOffice’ to St. Lucia.
“We’re quite excited about this addition of the Avaya and Juniper family of real-time enterprise voice and data communications to our product portfolio. We are also thrilled by the prospect of combining our state-of-the-art SME unified communications and Video Collaboration Solutions with our excellent track record in these areas,” said Pitt. “We are better together to deliver the best in technology and telecommunications, through the provision of unique solutions that business customers may never even have thought possible,” she added.
CWC has been Avaya’s Platinum Partner for the past five years, the highest partner status level in Avaya's Channel Relationship hierarchy. The company was recently recognized as Avaya Central America and the Caribbean Mid-Market Partner of the Year.
