Ap­ply some di­luted tea tree oil us­ing your (clean) fin­ger or a Q-tip. Tea tree oil has nat­u­ral dis­in­fect­ing prop­er­ties that re­duce red­ness with­out strip­ping away the nat­u­ral oils off your skin.

Ex­fo­li­ate your lips us­ing a (clean) tooth­brush then coat it with sweet al­mond oil or honey be­fore bed and wake up to soft lips!

C ut icles + Nails

Get softer cu­ti­cles by us­ing a lit­tle bit of co­conut oil or shea but­ter to the nails, leave it on overnight and let the magic do it’s work by strength­en­ing the nails and mois­tur­is­ing the cu­ti­cles.

Eyebr ow + Eye­lash Gr owt h

Ap­ply cas­tor oil to your lashes and brows overnight for longer and thicker lashes/brows. Use a Q-tip and smear across the lash line when ap­ply­ing.

Spl it Ends

Get some aloe vera gel and ap­ply a small amount to the ends of your hair be­fore go­ing to bed. This overnight treat­ment will al­low the aloe to nour­ish and con­di­tion your hair.

Get health­ier hair and good night’s sleep by mix­ing a small amount of your pre­ferred (warm) hair oil with a cou­ple of drops of laven­der and gen­tly mas­sage, in cir­cu­lar mo­tions into the roots for faster hair growth, healthy hair and bet­ter sleep.

Soft Hands

Cre­ate a mix­ture of olive oil and brown sugar then ex­fo­li­ate your hands with it. Mois­turise with shea but­ter then put some soft gloves overnight for soft and smooth hands.
