1.5 oz. light or gold rum 2 oz. co­conut milk 2 oz. fresh pineap­ple juice


Add all the in­gre­di­ents to a cock­tail shaker filled with ice. Shake vig­or­ously then strain into a hur­ri­cane glass topped with fresh ice. Gar­nish with a cherry and pineap­ple wedge.
