There, Kranium distinguished his talent with the coaching assistance of his tutors and teachers and he began to perform on stage to his peers to outstanding ovation. Dwaine Talbert of Vieux Fort was more than delighted when he got the call last month that he had won the grand prize in the Heineken City promotion. He appeared even more elated when he walked into the WLBL offices last week and realized that it was true and not a dream. Talbert has won a VIP trip for two, all expenses paid, to New York where he will tour some of the amazing sites in and around one of the world’s best known cities.
The Heineken City promotion afforded consumers chances to win several prizes including smart phones, tablets, cash and, of course, the grand prize.
Gaius Harry, the Heineken brand manager expressed gratitude to Saint Lucians who supported the ‘Under The Cap” promotion and the various public events around “Heineken City”. “From all of us at Heineken and WLBL I would just like to congratulate Dwaine Talbert and to thank everyone who took part in the city promotion,” Harry said. He also encouraged consumers to keep supporting the brand as the season has lots of prizes from Heineken in store. “I would also like to wish every one a safe and enjoyable Christmas as they continue to drink Heineken, responsibly of course.”
An elated Dwaine Talbert, Heineken’s City Winner.
