St Lu­cia’s Co­conut Bay Names Kevin Hughes New Gen­eral Man­ager

St Lu­cia’s Co­conut Bay re­sort has named Kevin Hughes as its new gen­eral man­ager.

Hughes will over­see a staff of more than 300 at the 250room, all-in­clu­sive prop­erty. Hughes had pre­vi­ously served as the re­sort’s di­rec­tor of food and bev­er­age for two years prior to his ap­point­ment. Pre­vi­ously, he was Ex­ec­u­tive Di­rec­tor of Food and Bev­er­age at the Wyn­d­ham Re­sort, Crys­tal Palace Casino Nas­sau, Ba­hamas and filled the same role at var­i­ous San­dals prop­er­ties in Ja­maica and St. Lu­cia.

“It is very ex­cit­ing to have a strong leader and mem­ber of our team step into this role,” says Mark Adams, Pres­i­dent and CEO of Co­conut Bay. “Dur­ing Kevin’s in de­vel­op­ing Capri’s new La Luna al­fresco pri­vate din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence and we look for­ward to see­ing the same in­no­va­tion as we con­tinue to raise the bar on guest sat­is­fac­tion.”
