The suc­cess­ful ap­pli­cant will meet the fol­low­ing re­quire­ments:- A proven track record with at least 5 years ex­pe­ri­ence as an Ex­ec­u­tive Chef In a 3 / 4 star prop­erty and sim­i­lar qual­ity op­er­a­tions. In­ter­na­tional ex­pe­ri­ence to in­clude Europe and or North Amer­ica. The abil­ity to demon­strate a va­ri­ety of cook­ing styles. Pos­sess ex­cel­lent Man­age­ment Skills. Should have thor­ough knowl­edge of HACCP Stan­dards. Hands on ap­proach to Pro­duc­tion. Com­mit­ment to the train­ing and de­vel­op­ment of Kitchen Per­son­nel.
