Mon­day, Jan­uary 12, 2015 – con­sumers in Saint Lu­cia started pay­ing less for gaso­line, diesel, kerosene, 20-pound LPG (liq­uid pe­tro­leum gas), 22-pound LPG, 100-pound LPG and bulk LPG. Con­sumers will re­al­ize sav­ings of $4.04 on a 20-pound tank of LPG and $4.43 on a tank of 22-pound LPG (cook­ing gas). The new re­tail prices for pe­tro­leum prod­ucts are sum­ma­rized as fol­lows:

Gaso­line $3.00 per litre or $13.64 per gal­lon

Diesel $2.90 per litre or $13.21 per gal­lon

Kerosene $2.22 per litre $10.11 per gal­lon

100-Pound Cylin­der LPG $235.77 per cylin­der

Bulk LPG $5.02 per kilo­gram or $2.28 per pound

Un­der the pass-through mech­a­nism, the next fuel price adjustment in Saint Lu­cia. is due on April 5, 2015 and will be de­ter­mined by the landed cost of th­ese prod­ucts over the re­view pe­riod.
