GREATER GLOBAL REACH FOR SAINT LUCIA JAZZ & ARTS FESTIVAL
The appeal and reach of the internationally acclaimed Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival has been further broadened with a revised highly interactive Mobile App.
Geared toward the tech savvy festival patron, the App affords smartphone and tablet users with Android or IOS powered ‘ON-THE-GO’ devices the ability to view the complete festival lineup, show dates and venues among other things.
Additional App features include artiste bios, picture galleries, audio samples and links to artistes’ musical catalogues and Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival news.
“As our Festival product continues to evolve, so has the manner in which we interact with the public. We’ve designed a global festival, and now, we’re catering to the global consumer,” says Tourism Director Louis Lewis.
With interactive accounts created for the festival on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, the addition of the App is poised to become, in addition to the mobile and tablet optimized website, a key component of an impressive digital marketing push put forth by the Saint Lucia Tourist Board (SLTB). The Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival App is available for free download via Google Play and the Apple App Store.
