Health Min­istry to coun­sel ‘Bloody April’ re­porters!

Ac­cord­ing to an In­ter­net item, the health and well­ness min­istry has or­ga­nized “a me­dia coun­sel­ing ses­sion” for all me­dia work­ers re­cently en­gaged in re­port­ing gun vi­o­lence and sui­cides.

The item went on: “The me­dia can be de­scribed as fourth level vic­tims of Bloody April and do them­selves re­quire coun­sel­ing as the sto­ries in ques­tion may in­volve per­sons known to them.”

The ses­sion will be fa­cil­i­tated on Mon­day next week by the direc­tor hu­man ser­vices, El­iz­a­beth Lewis, “who has an ex­ten­sive wealth of knowl­edge and ex­pe­ri­ence in deal­ing with such is­sues.”
