SAINT LUCIA NATIONAL CULINARY TEAM 2015
The St. Lucia National Culinary Team is preparing to travel to Miami for this year’s edition of the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association’s (CHTA’s) Taste of the Caribbean Culinary Competition, to take place from June 12th - 14th, 2015. The focus of this competition is to broaden the vision as it relates to human resource culinary skills development, and give the team an opportunity to showcase their individual talents and our local cuisine. In order to implement this, a series of preparatory dinners, practice sessions and public culinary demonstrations that would allow the team to receive critical feedback and input from invited patrons, while progressively honing their competitive skills was organized. This could not have been planned and executed without the dedication and willingness from our sponsors.
