LIME Set to Celebrate Car­ni­val 2015 with a Bang!

Car­ni­val cel­e­bra­tions in St. Lu­cia just wouldn’t be the same with­out the pres­ence of LIME. Mas lovers around the is­land al­ways look for­ward with ea­ger an­tic­i­pa­tion to the com­pany’s in­volve­ment in the fes­tiv­i­ties.

LIME is al­ready pre­par­ing to hit the road this year. The na­tion’s lead­ing telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions provider has an­nounced a mas­sive spon­sor­ship pack­age for the 2015 cul­tural ex­trav­a­ganza. The com­pany is pro­vid­ing fi­nan­cial, telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions and pro­mo­tional sup­port to three car­ni­val bands – Toxik, Le­gends and Outkast Rev­ellers of Vieux Fort.

The St. Lu­cia As­so­ci­a­tion of Reg­is­tered Tents (START) has also ben­e­fit­ted from LIME sup­port in a big way. LIME is the ti­tle spon­sor of START, an amal­ga­ma­tion of all the ca­lypso and soca tents on the is­land. The As­so­ci­a­tion had a tough time try­ing to se­cure spon­sor­ships this year. Thanks to the fi­nan­cial sup­port it re­ceived from LIME and a num­ber of other spon­sors, START was able to over­come the chal­lenges and launch this year’s com­pe­ti­tion suc­cess­fully.

LIME also spon­sored the Ave Maria Girls’ Pri­mary School 3rd An­nual Ave Clash and the the na­tional schools ca­lypso com­pe­ti­tion, thereby but­tress­ing its sta­tus as one of the big­gest cor­po­rate spon­sors of St. Lu­cian tal­ent and cul­ture.
