In­ter­ested per­sons may ap­ply to op­er­ate a Staff Res­tau­rant in a large ho­tel in the north to cater for ap­prox­i­mately 400 per­sons. The op­er­a­tor will be re­quired to pro­vide well- bal­anced and nu­tri­tious meals (Break­fast, Lunch and Din­ner) at rea­son­able prices. Op­er­a­tion times will be from 7.00a.m. to 9.00p.m.daily. The op­er­a­tor will be re­quired to be present dur­ing peak ser­vice times. This is a strict con­di­tion.
