LIAT an­nounces re-book­ing pol­icy for Do­minica trav­ellers

LIAT, The Caribbean Air­line, wishes to ad­vise pas­sen­gers hold­ing tick­ets to and from Do­minica whose flights were can­celled due to Trop­i­cal Storm Erika that they may re­book on any avail­able flight un­til Oc­to­ber 2nd, 2015.

No fees or charges will be ap­plied for a book­ing change dur­ing this pe­riod.

Pas­sen­gers who wish to re-book to/from Do­minica may con­tact the LIAT Call Cen­tre from An­tigua – 1-268-480-5582; toll free from the rest of the Caribbean – 1-888-844-5428 and from Puerto Rico and the US Vir­gin Is­lands – 1-866-549-5428 or by email­ing Reser­va­

The open­ing hours for the LIAT call cen­tre are from 07:00 – 22:00 Mon­day to Satur­day and from 07:00 – 18:00 on Sun­day and public hol­i­days.

Pas­sen­gers with a book­ing to/from Do­minica who would like to re­book but are un­able to con­tact the LIAT call cen­tre may present them­selves at the air­port to travel on any Do­minica ser­vice on a ‘go-show’ ba­sis, sub­ject to avail­abil­ity. No fees or charges will be ap­plied.

LIAT re­sumed ser­vices to Do­minica on Fri­day, Septem­ber 18th.

The com­pany was forced to sus­pend ser­vices to the is­land on Au­gust 27th due to the pas­sage of Trop­i­cal Storm Erika which re­sulted in se­vere dam­age to the is­land and clo­sure of the Dou­glas-Charles Air­port.
