El­e­gance Café Dishes Out Some­thing Spe­cial

Au­then­tic In­dian cui­sine, fea­tur­ing some of the most pop­u­lar and unique home-style dishes from all over In­dia, are once again on of­fer as El­e­gance Café re­opens its doors at Mas­sade, Gros Islet.

El­e­gance Café also of­fers in­ter­na­tional healthy din­ing op­tions.

Ac­cord­ing to owner, Elena Philip, “Each dish is pre­pared and pre­sented in a spe­cial way to give a dis­tinct mouth-wa­ter­ing taste and flavours.”

The in­ter­na­tional menu in­cludes steam bas­kets, burg­ers, main cour­ses and sim­ple sal­ads with lo­cal or­ganic pro­duce and home-style desserts in­clud­ing home­made ice creams. “We are ex­cited to in­tro­duce our new range of all nat­u­ral home­made ice creams with sugar free sor­bets,” Ms. Philip said.

The café also serves Ital­ian cap­puc­cino, latte, espresso us­ing freshly ground Ja­maican Blue Moun­tain cof­fee beans, a va­ri­ety of teas, fresh juices with no ad­di­tives, and a fine se­lec­tion of wines.

Ms. Philip was pleased to ad­vise that spe­cials on lob­sters are also avail­able.
