Peter and Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion Con­grat­u­lates Award Win­ners!

Peter and Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion was an in­te­gral part of last Satur­day’s Saint Lu­cia Cham­ber of Com­merce, In­dus­try and Agri­cul­ture Awards held at the John­sons Cen­tre. Start­ing with the Ca­ble and Wire­less Busi­ness Red Car­pet, fol­lowed by the Awards Cer­e­mony and con­clud­ing with the “Af­ter Party”, the com­pany wove a seam­less thread of ex­cite­ment, us­ing sev­eral of its prod­ucts to en­gage in­vi­tees. Some of th­ese brands in­cluded Bare­foot and Hardy’s wines, De Kuyper, Stoli Vodka, John­nie Walker Dou­ble Black and Hen­nessy. To top it off, Moët Cham­pagne toasted the win­ners and was a cor­po­rate spon­sor of the awards it­self.

Ac­cord­ing to Dex­ter Per­cil, Sales and Mar­ket­ing Man­ager at Peter & Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion it was a plea­sure work­ing with the Saint Lu­cia Cham­ber of Com­merce to stage such a pres­ti­gious gala. “This was in­deed a night of ex­cel­lence cou­pled with el­e­gance be­fit­ting a true cel­e­bra­tion and we would like to thank the Cham­ber for giv­ing us this op­por­tu­nity,” Per­cil said. Mr. Per­cil was also a pre­sen­ter on the night.

The “Af­ter Party” was a ma­jor hit with sev­eral guests com­ment­ing favourably and un­able to de­tach them­selves from the Hen­nessy & John­nie Walker Dou­ble Black themed bars.

The Cham­ber of Com­merce staged the awards in col­lab­o­ra­tion with the of­fice of the Prime Min­is­ter, In­vest St. Lu­cia and sev­eral cor­po­rate spon­sors in­clud­ing Peter and Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion.

Peter and Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion would also like to con­grat­u­late the Cham­ber on the stag­ing of an­other suc­cess­ful event as well as all of the win­ners as they con­tinue to chart the way for­ward to­wards con­tin­ued ex­cel­lence in the busi­ness com­mu­nity.

Twelve awards were pre­sented in­clud­ing The Life­time Achieve­ment Award pre­sented to Sir Ju­lian Hunte. Other win­ners were Dale El­liot (The In­de­pen­dent Film Com­pany) - Prime Min­is­ters Award for In­no­va­tion; En­tre­pre­neur of the Year Award - Taribba do Nasci­mento and Ju­lianna Des­tang; Young En­tre­pre­neur of the Year - Man­disa Mor­ri­son and Keran Rose­mond; Busi­ness of the Year - Sandals Re­sorts In­ter­na­tional; Goods Ex­porter of the Year -Baron Foods Ltd; Award for Ex­cel­lence in Hu­man Re­source De­vel­op­ment - Sandals Re­sorts In­ter­na­tional; Award for Mar­ket­ing Ex­cel­lence - Bay Gar­dens Re­sorts; Award for Cor­po­rate Lead­er­ship - Ron­ald Ram­jat­tan; Award for Cor­po­rate So­cial Re­spon­si­bil­ity - St. Lu­cia Elec­tric­ity Ser­vices Lim­ited; Idea of the Year Award - Bit­byBit and As­so­ciates and In­vest St Lu­cia; In­vestor of the Year Award - Wind­jam­mer Land­ing Villa Beach Re­sort. Each win­ner re­ceived Moët cham­pagne com­pli­ments of Peter and Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion, crown­ing the night in true re­gal form.
