Blue Olive moves to Waterside Location
From November 23rd, 2015 to January 8th, 2016, customers who purchased one Fabuloso and one Suavitel were given a chance to win weekly prizes of irons, ironing boards, hampers and drying racks. Customers also had the opportunity to win the grand prizes - one of two family-sized washing machines. With both Fabuloso and Suavitel being trusted home care brands, customers were eager to participate.
Having over a month of weekly draws, Peter & Company Distribution’s “Fabuloso Christmas Promotion” culminated with a grand prize draw on Thursday 14th January, 2016. Screams of excitement were all that could be heard when Verona Cetoute and Clare Felicien were given their grand prizes.
Chenelle Bailey, Brand Manager for Fabuloso, stated, “It has certainly been a very exciting period for our customers as weekly prizes have been won since the start of the promotion. It was our way of saying thank you to our patrons with the added bonus of bringing smiles on their faces for the yuletide season and for the New Year.”
Ms. Bailey expressed her appreciation to all who participated in the Fabuloso Christmas Promotion and thanked everyone who assisted in helping to make it a huge success.
Anew year and a new location is coming for Blue Olive Restaurant and Wine Bar. After overlooking busy Rodney Bay Village from the terrace at Baywalk Mall for more than four years, on Monday February 1, 2016 Blue Olive is moving to a waterside location: former home of the Charthouse Restaurant in the heart of Rodney Bay. According to owner Bruno Galon, the menu will undergo major changes; it will be a more innovative one with a Caribbean twist.
Other changes include the opening hours. Blue Olive will no longer open for luncch but instead, guests can pass by for a sunset cocktail from 4pm daily, with dinner service starting at 6pm.
“We are opening the bar from 4pm so that guests can come for an after-work lime, then have an early dinner and enjoy the waterside views from the restaurant,” said the Blue Olive wine expert and restaurateur.
This new twist on a Saint Lucian favourite eatery is bound to appeal to the foodies of the island who agree that Blue Olive is consistently impressive with its cuisine. Using the freshest produce and seafood on the island, Bruno and his team concoct exciting, interesting dishes every night, and a loyal cadre of happy customers will vouch for that.
Blue Olive will relocate to the former Charthouse location, close to Elena’s Ice Cream in Rodney Bay, as of February 1, 2016 and will be open from 4pm everyday for drinks with dinner from 6pm. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and menus.
