The Star (St. Lucia) - - LOCAL -

The management and staff of the National Mental Wellness Centre will be celebrating the 6th anniversary of the move from Golden Hope Hospital to the current location at the Millennium Highway, under the theme ‘A rainbow of colours’. This milestone recognises NMWC’s progress and development. As it reflects on the many challenges and, in some cases, stigma attached to the services provided, it can confidently say that the success has been as result of the support and assistance of corporate citizens.

As part of the recognition of the 6th anniversary, on March 2, 2016 from 7:00 pm NMWC will be honouring the staff for their contribution towards care for service users.

The categories to be highlighted include, but are not limited to, perfect attendance, most improved, all rounded staff, peace maker, most outstanding worker, sunshine of the department, longest serving staff and most outstanding department head.

Staff of the NWMC.
