Wind­jam­mer Land­ing Villa Beach Re­sort re­cently wel­comed Scott Seger as the re­sort’s new Di­rec­tor of Food and Bev­er­age. Seger will be re­spon­si­ble for all of the ho­tel’s food ser­vice op­er­a­tions in­clud­ing five on-prop­erty restau­rants and over­see­ing room ser­vice as well as play­ing a key role in fa­cil­i­tat­ing re­sort events, wed­dings and cor­po­rate meet­ings.

With an ex­ten­sive back­ground in hos­pi­tal­ity, Seger brings more than 20 years of ex­pe­ri­ence with some of the world’s finest ho­tels and re­sorts. Seger joins Wind­jam­mer Land­ing fol­low­ing his ten­ure with Hy­att Co­conut Point Re­sort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida where he served as Di­rec­tor of Food and Bev­er­age since 2012. Prior to Hy­att Co­conut Point Re­sort, Seger was Di­rec­tor of Food and Bev­er­age at sev­eral other well-renowned and high-end prop­er­ties in­clud­ing: Haig Point Re­sort & Golf Club in Hil­ton Head Is­land, South Carolina; Canyon Ranch Health Re­sort & Spa in Lenox, Mas­sachusetts; and the Re­nais­sance Grand Beach Re­sort in St. Thomas.
