Bronze spon­sor for the re­cently-con­cluded 2016 Saint Lu­cia Jazz & Arts Fes­ti­val, Peter & Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion, says it was pleased with its over­all as­so­ci­a­tion with the Saint Lu­cia Tourist Board, or­ga­niz­ers of the fes­ti­val. “For us this has been a won­der­ful part­ner­ship and our level of par­tic­i­pa­tion was not just spon­sor­ing through in­di­vid­ual brands, but op­er­at­ing as the um­brella body of the com­pany to make the con­nec­tion be­tween our­selves and the con­sumers at var­i­ous lev­els,” said Dex­ter Per­cil, Peter & Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion’s Sales & Mar­ket­ing Man­ager.

Peter & Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion’s in­volve­ment in the Jazz & Arts Fes­ti­val went be­yond a mere cheque han­dover to the or­ga­niz­ers and saw the com­pany ac­tively en­gag­ing pa­trons and con­sumers at the var­i­ous events. For PCD it was all about adding value to the fes­tive spirit of this worl­drenowned fes­ti­val over the ten days of the event – April 29 to May 8 2016.

Dur­ing main-stage Jazz at Pi­geon Is­land from Fri­day May 6 to Sun­day May 8, Peter & Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion cre­ated that spe­cial wow ef­fect with its lounge which wel­comed pa­trons dur­ing per­for­mances by acts in­clud­ing Shaggy, Kas­sav, Air Sup­ply, Kool & the Gang and Marc An­thony. Fea­tur­ing brands such as Hen­nessy, Ciroc and Johnny Walker, the VIP lounge was pop­u­lar with the more ma­ture and dis­cern­able pa­trons, of­fer­ing bot­tle ser­vice on re­quest.

Pi­geon Is­land also saw the at­trac­tive and ap­peal­ing Re­fresh Zone by Peter & Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion. The Re­fresh Zone not only kept pa­trons feel­ing re­vi­tal­ized dur­ing the per­for­mances but also of­fered some form of pro­tec­tion from the el­e­ments.

As part of the 2016 Saint Lu­cia Jazz & Arts Fes­ti­val, Peter & Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion was proud to have ex­tended its reach to the var­i­ous com­mu­nity events in­clud­ing the open­ing of the 2016 Saint Lu­cia Jazz & Arts Fes­ti­val at Marc­hand, and at Soufriere Jazz, Marigot Jazz and Monchy Jazz.

At the VIP af­ter-par­ties, which have now be­come sought-af­ter events on the Jazz & Arts cal­en­dar, Peter & Com­pany Dis­tri­bu­tion was prom­i­nent with some of its high-end brands at three of the best: At­mos­phere, Dif­fer­ent Shades, and Rap­ture.
