The in­cum­bent is re­spon­si­ble for driv­ing the rev­enue and prof­its per­for­mance to achieve bud­geted/stretch tar­gets and to en­sure that the store de­liv­ers a con­sis­tent cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence to ex­ceed cus­tomer ex­pec­ta­tions. 1. 4. 6. To as­sist in the de­vel­op­ment and to im­ple­ment re­tail sales strate­gies to en­sure that the com­pany’s sales or prof­its tar­gets are met or ex­ceeded an­nu­ally. Con­trib­ute to the es­tab­lish­ment of both an­nual and monthly sales ob­jec­tives in co­or­di­na­tion with the Com­pany’s busi­ness plan. Part­ner with the Di­rec­tor of Sales to iden­tify sales chal­lenges, de­ter­mine sales goals or ob­jec­tives and de­sign ini­tia­tives to align the Com­pany with its ob­jec­tive. Rep­re­sent the re­tail func­tion within the des­ig­nated store and iden­tify re­tails sales op­por­tu­ni­ties. Con­trib­ute to the eval­u­at­ing of ex­ist­ing sys­tems, poli­cies and pro­ce­dures to en­sure align­ment with the Com­pany’s sales and profit goals. Sup­port the Di­rec­tor of Sales in en­sur­ing that the ex­ist­ing Ranges of Mer­chan­dise are at re­quired stan­dards to max­i­mize sales and prof­itabil­ity.
