The incumbent is responsible for driving the revenue and profits performance to achieve budgeted/stretch targets and to ensure that the store delivers a consistent customer experience to exceed customer expectations. 1. 4. 6. To assist in the development and to implement retail sales strategies to ensure that the company’s sales or profits targets are met or exceeded annually. Contribute to the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan. Partner with the Director of Sales to identify sales challenges, determine sales goals or objectives and design initiatives to align the Company with its objective. Represent the retail function within the designated store and identify retails sales opportunities. Contribute to the evaluating of existing systems, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the Company’s sales and profit goals. Support the Director of Sales in ensuring that the existing Ranges of Merchandise are at required standards to maximize sales and profitability.
