TJ for St Kitts Mu­sic Fes­ti­val 2017

A fter yet an­other suc­cess­ful car­ni­val sea­son in Trinidad, Saint Lu­cia’s Ted­dyson John (TJ) has se­cured his spot on the im­pres­sive line-up for one of the Caribbean’s most pop­u­lar fes­ti­vals; the St. Kitts Mu­sic Fes­ti­val. Now in its twenty-first year, the St. Kitts Mu­sic Fes­ti­val is sched­uled for Thurs­day, June 22 through to Satur­day June 24, 2017, at Warner Park Sta­dium in Bas­seterre and prom­ises to de­liver an ex­pe­ri­ence like never be­fore.

On Fri­day June 23, TJ is ex­pected to wow fans and pa­trons at Warner Park with his usual pow­er­ful and dy­namic per­for­mance as he de­liv­ers hits from his cat­a­logue of mu­sic, in­clud­ing ‘Allez’ and ‘No Code’. TJ will also share the stage with the likes of other soca am­bas­sadors such a Lyrikal, Ri­cardo Drue and the re­cently crowned, two-time In­ter­na­tional Soca Monarch, Voice.

“De­spite hav­ing graced the stages of many lo­cal, re­gional and in­ter­na­tional fes­ti­vals, each ex­pe­ri­ence is unique. To be added to the St. Kitts Mu­sic Fes­ti­val is truly an hon­our for me, “TJ de­clared, adding that his per­for­mance would also be his­toric for Saint Lu­cia as it will be the first time a Saint Lu­cian soca artiste fea­tures at the fes­ti­val.

Other artistes for the St. Kitts Mu­sic Fes­ti­val in­clude Mo­vado, Jah Cure, Shabba Ranks, Ed Robin­son, Phyl­lisia Ross, the Goo Goo Dolls and reg­gae icons Third World.
