Heineken presents Heineken Light: The jour­ney starts with St. Lu­cia Jazz 2017

Heineken, the world’s lead­ing beer, will con­tinue to deepen its as­so­ci­a­tion with Saint Lu­cia’s renowned mu­sic fes­ti­val, now re­branded as the Soleil Sum­mer Fes­ti­val, by in­tro­duc­ing Heineken Light. Through­out the past decades Heineken has sup­ported sev­eral cul­tural ini­tia­tives in Saint Lu­cia and is proud to be Gold Spon­sor of the Saint Lu­cia Jazz Fes­ti­val, the first ex­cit­ing event for Soleil, 2017.

Heineken will sur­prise its con­sumers by pre­sent­ing Heineken Light, a new, re­fresh­ing low calo­rie and low bit­ter­ness op­tion. Heineken Light has less than 65 calo­ries per serv­ing of a 25cl bot­tle. Heineken Light was judged “the best tast­ing low calo­rie light lager” at the 2013/2014 World Beer Cham­pi­onships and has been win­ning hearts and minds ever since!

It is the first time that Heineken has de­cided to launch a real brand ex­ten­sion in Saint Lu­cia, which is be­ing pre­sented dur­ing the week of Saint Lu­cia Jazz Fes­ti­val, but it will be avail­able is­land-wide start­ing Mon­day, May 15.

“With the launch of Heineken Light the brand wants to of­fer a new op­tion to the con­sumers who are look­ing for a low calo­rie op­tion with­out giv­ing up on the great Heineken taste,” says Roberto Pro­fera, Brand Man­ager Global Brands for WLBL.

Heineken light is the per­fect re­fresh­ing drink for af­ter work limes, week­days and hot af­ter­noon hang­out time with friends. Heineken Light will be avail­able in all bars and su­per­mar­kets from May 15, 2017. Re­mem­ber to en­joy re­spon­si­bly!
