M&C Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator and a Web Developer/Social Media Officer to join our Marketing team and assist in the development and coordination of all Marketing initiatives for the various divisions of GEL’s Automotive, Building Supplies and Services division in St Lucia and in St Vincent, with day to day marketing support of St Lucia’s Building Supplies business units.
MARKETING COORDINATOR KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist the Group Marketing Manager and General Managers within the various divisions to plan marketing initiatives and develop marketing plans. • Develop advertising and promotional material for promotions scheduled as per marketing plans. • Monitor marketing plans and ensure all promotions are executed as planned and scheduled. • Evaluate promotions and CSR initiatives. • Support ensuring departmental payments, budgets, CRM and marketing documentations. • Conduct market research to support our divisions in being market leaders. • Assist with planning of events, seminars and new launch of products/services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A diploma or certificate in Marketing, Digital Marketing would be an advantage. A minimum of two (2) years business experience in business-to-customer/business marketing role of products and services. Must possess a high level of computer literacy, understand web metrics and digital analytics, online advertising and its interrelationship with social media, SEM and website development. Must demonstrate the ability to conduct research and data analysis. Graphic design skills would be an asset. Strong oral and written communication skills is a must.
WEB DEVELOPER/SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development of digital media marketing campaigns. • Development and maintenance of all Group websites. • Management of all social media platforms. • Creation of written and visual material for Group campaigns. • Management of feedback channels and responses. • Analysis of respective data and reporting as required. • Assist with planning of events, seminars and new launch of products/services.
REMUNERATION & OTHER
