As you like it - Rum Punch your way!
The traditional rum punch recipe used in the West Indies is a delicious concoction, unique in each island and even each family recipe. Passed down through the ages, the old rhyme goes: 'One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak.'
To some the recipe might mean lime juice, cane syrup, golden rum and water in a type of Planter's Punch, and to others the formula might be orange and pineapple juice, white rum and grenadine in a sunset-hued classic. Any which way, serve your rum punch chilled over ice, with fruit garnish and a generous sprinkling of grated nutmeg.
