CALIBRE CO 207
FOUND IN: CORUM TI- BRIDGE AUTOMATIC DUAL WINDER WHAT’S SPECIAL: An evolution of Corum’s iconic baguette movement, which started from a manual-winding model in 1980, subsequently enhanced with an automatic version in 2011. This year’s upgrade features interconnected inline oscillating weights that ensure greater winding efficiency – the movement winds up at the slightest flick of the wrist. The two circular rotors are connected by a transmission rod, and resemble wheels on a locomotive. And like the wheels of a train, the connected rotors always move in tandem. In doing so, they wind the watch, regardless of the direction it faces.
