Launched at A. Lange & Sohne’s “re­birth” in 1994, af­ter al­most half a cen­tury of in­ac­tiv­ity caused by the dev­as­ta­tion of WWII, the Lange 1 found in­stant fame for its dis­tinc­tive look – sep­a­rate sub- di­als for the hours/min­utes and the sec­onds, as well as a power-re­serve scale.

The watch’s re­gal de­meanour is matched by its qual­ity con­struc­tion and fi nish­ing. It houses exquisitely dec­o­rated com­po­nents that have been as­sem­bled twice – a sig­na­ture of the brand – to en­sure smooth op­er­a­tion.
