Fake yawn­ing (I have a ten­dency to clench my jaw, and this is sur­pris­ingly help­ful.) Imag­in­ing blue liq­uid shift­ing from my neck and spread­ing out­wards like dye in a pool. (Yeah, I know this one sounds the weird­est of all, but it works for me, OK?)
