The hol­i­days are fast ap­proach­ing and there's only one way to spend it, ac­cord­ing to pres­i­dent and chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer of Uni­world Bou­tique River Cruise Col­lec­tion, Ellen Bet­tridge. The ex­u­ber­ant lady in­tro­duced the group's lat­est S.S. se­ries and lux­ury river cruises with the man­ag­ing di­rec­tor of The Travel Cor­po­ra­tion Asia, Nick Lim at an ex­clu­sive din­ner or­gan­ised by epi­cure. Held at one of Capella Sin­ga­pore’s pri­vate rooms, culi­nary di­rec­tor David Se­nia held court over the kitchen with his im­mac­u­late French dishes, an ode to their many Uni­world cruises within the coun­try.
