Foodies, get ready – the annual World Gourmet Summit returns for its 21st year from 20 March to 16 April 2017. Experience food and wine at its best with over 12 influential masterchefs from around the world, including Chef Mitch Lienhard from California and Chef Dharshan Munidasa from Sri Lanka ( pictured). Crowned the global winner of the S.pellegrino Young Chef 2016 competition, Chef Lienhard currently works in Manresa, a three-michelin starred restaurant that offers contemporary Californian cuisine with French and modern Catalan influences. Another participating guest chef on our radar is Chef Munidasa, best known for having founded two of Sri Lanka’s hottest restaurants, Nihonbashi and Ministry of Crab.
