Favourite Mo­men­tum class:

V: Mo­men­tum Boot­camps at the Botan­i­cal Gar­dens. It com­bines all my favourite el­e­ments: strength and re­sis­tance train­ing with a great car­dio blast, set in the most stun­ning lo­ca­tion in Sin­ga­pore. You can’t beat it.

A: Run­camp. Af­ter the suc­cess­ful launch of Mo­men­tum Run­club, we felt there was a need to of­fer a class that catered to those of us who love to run yet still want to in­cor­po­rate as­pects of strength train­ing. Run­camp is fast-paced and we don’t stay in one place for long as we ex­plore the Botanic Gar­dens. It never gets bor­ing. I love teach­ing it and love at­tend­ing it!

Favourite run­ning route:

V: I have a huge fond­ness for the East Coast. So it’d have to be soft sand run­ning in the early morn­ing with the sun’s rays glim­mer­ing on the wa­ter. It al­ways makes me smile.

A: Macritchie is close to home, so you may of­ten see me there. How­ever, my true favourite is the route from Kent Ridge Park to Mount Faber; it’s chal­leng­ing and beau­ti­ful with lots of hills in be­tween.
