Favourite Momentum class:

V: Momentum Bootcamps at the Botanical Gardens. It combines all my favourite elements: strength and resistance training with a great cardio blast, set in the most stunning location in Singapore. You can’t beat it.

A: Runcamp. After the successful launch of Momentum Runclub, we felt there was a need to offer a class that catered to those of us who love to run yet still want to incorporate aspects of strength training. Runcamp is fast-paced and we don’t stay in one place for long as we explore the Botanic Gardens. It never gets boring. I love teaching it and love attending it!

Favourite running route:

V: I have a huge fondness for the East Coast. So it’d have to be soft sand running in the early morning with the sun’s rays glimmering on the water. It always makes me smile.

A: Macritchie is close to home, so you may often see me there. However, my true favourite is the route from Kent Ridge Park to Mount Faber; it’s challenging and beautiful with lots of hills in between.
