XBounty Restaurant is the newest bistro to open in the heart of the city at the freshly opened KL Journal boutique hotel. The restaurant offers a variety of classic bistro dishes with French, Italian and Mediterranean influences. It also features an openconcept pastry studio which supplies fresh pastries and desserts to the restaurant.
“The food at Bounty is designed with the premise of offering an unfussy menu that showcases quality ingredients and their flavors in the best possible light and at an affordable price.” said Logan Terence Lopez, Executive Chef at the restaurant.
Among its famous main dishes include the Angus Beef Cheek, a slow cooked beef dish marinated in Guineness Stout and Orrichiette pasta with duck ragout braised with peppercorn. Prices for mains begin from RM29 onwards.
Those who are craving a fusion twist can try the Grilled Tiger Prawn marinated with rum which is served with a risotto made from short grain Italian rice, fresh tomatoes and kimchi paste.
