Lai Ching Yuen Restau­rant of Grand Mil­len­nium wel­comes Chef Ter­rance Foong Kuan Onn, an ex­ec­u­tive chef with more than 30 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in Can­tonese cui­sine which is set to bring the of­fer­ings at Lai Ching Yuen to new heights. The ex­pe­ri­enced chef has been cook­ing since he was 16 years old and has sharp­ened his skills through nu­mer­ous ex­po­sure to dif­fer­ent restau­rants. Among the chef’s port­fo­lio of well-known restau­rants in­clude The Grand Duck King Group In­done­sia, Costa Rice of Italy (a cruise from Hong Kong to China), and Sher­a­ton Sanya Re­sort in China.
