These are the same guys be­hind the Crodo (or Cronut) food trend in Sin­ga­pore, so you know that they’ve got their fu­sion-crois­sant game down pat. The crois­sants are freshly baked in-house, and slightly tweaked so that it re­mains a sweet pas­try with “just enough salti­ness” com­ing through. The base of the fill­ing is made with their sig­na­ture home­made cus­tard base that they use for their cream cro­dos, mixed with a gen­er­ous amount of salted egg yolks, and a hint of co­conut milk.
