For those who pre­fer to have it warm, they can ei­ther serve it in in soup or in a spe­cial dip­ping sauce made from dashi, mirin and soy sauce. Soba are read­ily avail­able in most Ja­panese con­ve­nient stores and lo­cal su­per­mar­kets.
