Lob­ster lovers re­joice. The hugely pop­u­lar Lob­ster­fest (S$99 per adult) at Lime – PARKROYAL on Pickering’s sig­na­ture restau­rant – is back, and will be avail­able ev­ery Wed­nes­day and Thurs­day evening un­til 1 De­cem­ber. Us­ing only the fresh­est Maine lob­sters, din­ers can ex­pect to be treated to a sump­tu­ous spread of these lux­u­ri­ous crus­taceans pre­pared in many ways. Some of the must-try dishes here in­clude the Maine lob­ster ther­mi­dor with per­sil­lade crust, Maine lob­ster with truf­fled hollandaise and es­pelette, lob­ster bisque based risotto with mas­car­pone and lob­ster meat, Sin­ga­pore laksa with lob­ster, Sin­ga­pore chilli lob­ster, and Maine lob­ster with salted eggs.

The buf­fet line also of­fers other mouth-wa­ter­ing de­lights such as six types of in­ter­na­tional cheese and their ac­com­pa­ni­ments, un­lim­ited servings of sushi and sashimi, and ro­tis­serie chicken with roasted veg­eta­bles from the hot western se­lec­tion.
