While we're delighted that the hotel will be offering its ever popular baked mooncake with single/double yolk and white lotus this year, what caught our eye though is their newly launched snowskin flavour – mini snowskin salted egg custard with manuka honey corn. We like how the subtle taste of the salted egg custard melds perfectly with the sweetness of the corn and manuka honey. Other highlights not to be missed include the mini snowskin red wine cranberry paste and yuzu lemongrass mooncake, and the mini snowskin lychee martini and white chocolate mooncake. For those who prefer something more traditional, the mini snowskin yam and yam paste mooncake or the mini snowskin green tea paste with azuki red bean mooncake will surely hit the spot.
