While we're de­lighted that the ho­tel will be of­fer­ing its ever pop­u­lar baked moon­cake with sin­gle/dou­ble yolk and white lo­tus this year, what caught our eye though is their newly launched snowskin flavour – mini snowskin salted egg cus­tard with manuka honey corn. We like how the sub­tle taste of the salted egg cus­tard melds per­fectly with the sweet­ness of the corn and manuka honey. Other high­lights not to be missed in­clude the mini snowskin red wine cran­berry paste and yuzu lemon­grass moon­cake, and the mini snowskin ly­chee mar­tini and white choco­late moon­cake. For those who pre­fer some­thing more tra­di­tional, the mini snowskin yam and yam paste moon­cake or the mini snowskin green tea paste with azuki red bean moon­cake will surely hit the spot.
