Dy­nasty Restau­rant, Re­nais­sance Ho­tel Kuala Lumpur's Chi­nese restau­rant is of­fer­ing a se­lec­tion of 14 types of baked and snowskin moon­cakes us­ing pure and nat­u­ral in­gre­di­ents.

Putting a mod­ern spin on these tra­di­tional del­i­ca­cies, the cre­ative chefs have in­cluded new va­ri­eties of moon cakes which in­clude the baked low sugar Bam­boo char­coal green tea black sesame moon­cake and the snowskin Cof­fee paste with marsh­mal­low and nuts moon­cake.

Those who favour richer de­lights may in­dulge in the White and black choco­late paste with mixed nuts moon­cake and the Yam paste with sin­gle egg yolk moon­cake.

For those who missed Dy­nasty's old clas­sics, the low sugar As­sorted nuts and seeds moonkcake, White lo­tus paste with sin­gle salted yolk and Pan­dan lo­tus paste with sin­gle salted yolk moon­cake will be re­turn­ing to this year.
