Das­sai Bar Sake lovers will def­i­nitely love this pop-up bar lo­cated at the newly opened Ja­pan Food Town in Wisma Atria. Opened by one of Ja­pan’s most pop­u­lar sake brands Das­sai, which is known for its pre­mium jun­mai daig­injo, the bar in Sin­ga­pore is mod­elled af­ter the Das­sai Bar in Tokyo, Ja­pan.

Some of the high­lights that ev­ery visi­tor has to check out are the pre­mium Das­sai Be­yond, as well as sake cock­tail Sakura Sling (also avail­able at Raf­fles Ho­tel's Long Bar) and sparkling sake. For those seek­ing some­thing even more unique, the Das­sai 23 Cen­trifuge, which is only avail­able ex­clu­sively at this new pop-up bar, is a def­i­nite must-try – for this drink, a spe­cial cen­trifuge ma­chine sep­a­rates the com­pleted sake from its lees, re­sult­ing in a fine sake with a "cleaner" fin­ish. A food menu is also avail­able fea­tur­ing a Das­sai cheese­cake made with the sake. The bar also re­tails sake by the bot­tle – a Das­sai sake tast­ing set of three 20ml jun­mai daig­injo costs S$20.
