Dassai Bar Sake lovers will definitely love this pop-up bar located at the newly opened Japan Food Town in Wisma Atria. Opened by one of Japan’s most popular sake brands Dassai, which is known for its premium junmai daiginjo, the bar in Singapore is modelled after the Dassai Bar in Tokyo, Japan.

Some of the highlights that every visitor has to check out are the premium Dassai Beyond, as well as sake cocktail Sakura Sling (also available at Raffles Hotel's Long Bar) and sparkling sake. For those seeking something even more unique, the Dassai 23 Centrifuge, which is only available exclusively at this new pop-up bar, is a definite must-try – for this drink, a special centrifuge machine separates the completed sake from its lees, resulting in a fine sake with a "cleaner" finish. A food menu is also available featuring a Dassai cheesecake made with the sake. The bar also retails sake by the bottle – a Dassai sake tasting set of three 20ml junmai daiginjo costs S$20.
